The motherboard itself changes the fan speed of the 1st case-fan, but the 2nd case-fan isn't supported by the mainboard, but can be changed (just like the GPU-fan) and stopped through SpeedFan |

There was only one fan the mainboard doesnt regulate, but luckely speedfan controlls it now :) |
