Noiseblocker SE2 from 800 to 1950 RPM (40% to 100% fan speed, fan stops below 35%)

Power fan does not change speed, fans stop at 30%, not report under 1400 rpm

my board does not show readout when lowerd fan speed of cpu

only changes 2/3 fans

below 82% (~2400rpm) speed isn't indiciated.. fan stops below 31%

Sys- and CPU-fan adjustable, Powerfan no luck. Board does not report speeds less than 1400 rpm.

Below 40 % it does not report speed.

Works, but values below 40% don't report speed. Not sure if it's the fan or the sensor.
